Aix-en-Provence

Summer 2002 were we in Aix-en-Provence.We exchanged with the Labory family. We exchanged cars too and went all over Provence. Mrs. Laborys parents invited us to lunch and we had a lovely day together with some beautiful people. Perhaps one of our best days in France. Some friends of us from Norway have bought a house in St Gilles and we went to visit them too. They have a beautiful house and have found their way of life there. We already look forward to the next holiday in France.

We visited a lot of places all over Provence. Here we are at an island named Porquerolles. We had a nice day here at the beach. To swim in the Mediterranean Sea in Cassis was fun for all of us.
In the northern part of Norway it is light all night in the summer. We therefore thought it was fun swimming late in the evenings in the moonlight. Eli and Finn have moved from Norway to St Gilles. We visited them and had a lovely day there.
Pont d'Arc is a very special place. We drove along the river and stopped at this place to swim and dive. It was very hot and the water was crowded with fish and canoes. The parents of our exchangers invited us out in their sailing- boat to see Port Grimaud, a place where lots of small appartments houses thousands of people in their holidays. To move around they use boats instead of cars.
Here we are overlooking a part of Monaco from the Palace.
